Xbox rewards upgrading console bug

Discus and support Xbox rewards upgrading console bug in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I’ve installed Xbox rewards on my xbox one and Xbox one s but I’m not receiving points for upgrading consoles, pleas help and fix this issue...     I’ve installed Xbox rewards on my xbox one and Xbox one s but I’m not receiving points for upgrading consoles, pleas help and fix this issue

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

    Not being given credits for purchases

    For help with Microsoft Rewards credits, you will need to contact their customer support. That program is completely separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

    The only way to receive Xbox rewards credits for purchasing a console is if you are a 360 user (meaning you've never used One), and upgrading to a One. If that is the case, you should see credits pending about 15 business days after the console shipped.

    That's actually the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. You would need to contact customer
    support     for the Microsoft Rewards program.

    Yes it's a great time to upgrade, most of the bugs have been fixed and the consoles are better then ever now.

    There is a bug with that page on the rewards console page at the moment it seems, seen a few people having trouble claiming rewards and points. Hoping they get it fixed soon for everyone effected.

    The Console Upgrade offers were only for select members. Since you registered into Xbox Live Rewards after the offers became available to users, it would not have been possible for you to have been selected for the console upgrade offers. The offers were
