Xbox Rewards took out my purchase with Gems but I did not received anything in my email.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. They do not generate an email since they are automatically placed into your account.

In-game consumables and hardware purchases are not eligible for MyVIP. Since the majority of your purchases were consumables, they did not award any Gems. You received 30 Gems for your spending on non-consumable items. Regarding hardware, those purchases
are not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards, unless as part of a special offer.

I also did the 5,000 rewards credit for 250 Gems and although the MyVIP tab on the site shows it as redeemed, I've not actually received them in an email yet either or has it been direct deposted yet either on my account for using with addons
for my xbox one system, which was what I had planed on using it for in any case.

I think I may also be having this same type of an problem since I just yesterday tried to use some of my gems too for an 250 Gem reward, no email for that one yet.

but in any case I have yet to get an redeem email code for it, not really sure where I need to go for them to send me my code anyway, it sounds related to some of these problems report on this forum. I think it should convert the points to Microsoft rewards
points correct, so I can use it on my xbox one, anyway if it was an direct $5 dollar deposit that would be fine, but I don't think its show up on my account yet. it sounds like their having problems with some of these 250 gem rewards , I used an 100 gem rewards
also yesterday I got an email for that one, but not my 250 gem reward yet.

Hi, I also used an 250 gems, not sure if its been 96 hours yet, in any case, I noticed that on the website, it now shows this item as out of stock, so will I still get the credits on my account or not? no emails about this item yet for me.

I did this too, only with 500 gems and it's been a week. I've not heard back from anyone, nor received any emails.
