    Xbox rewards token never delivered


    I just got off of the phone with Xbox support who told me to post this here and someone would call me back within 24 hours.

    Here are the details to my question and what my XBOX live representative told me. Last year on April 13, 2017 @ 208pm using reward points i purchased the 1 year of XBOX Live and no token was issued.

    Basically I spent my 29,000 reward points and never was able to redeem my Xbox Live subscription.

    I have a few different numbers I can share with you as far as all of this is concerned but I would like to get a code that I can use with my XBOX Live account.

    No. Xbox's rewards program is inconsistent, full of holes and and rarely promotes or delivers on digital purchases. I and many others have given up on it all together. Congratulations on your reward, though.

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

    My battle pass isn't working I mw2 and I want to know how to fix it because I bought Blackwell and the 2nd day of having it I wouldn't let on it what do I do

    I haven't received token for my battlepass since last week. I'm stuck @ 81%. The beginning of S5 I had to purchase the battlepass twice because of a bug, that didn't reward me with the 20 free tokens or the execution dog. I have never received my money back from Microsoft about the issue.

    All your tokens from the FREEdom Rewards offer can be found at the bottom of the FREEdom Rewards offer located on the MyMissions page: (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/)

    These are tokens that you have to redeem. They are not automatically awarded to you in-game.

    Can I get the Black Ops token if I go back and prestige? I never prestige because the pro perks were super annoying and Black Ops kind of rewarded you for not prestiging because your equipment was a lot better.
