Xbox Rewards Sucks

Used my xbox rewards for a free mouth of gamepass u. took my point then charged me for the mouth anyway.brought all this up to support and was told we dont do anything about the rewards if there a problem have a nice day . well i will and when it comes
to the nextgen sony will get my business Have a nice day

xbox live rewards sucks. I'd just go through a different venue for purchases.

I find this year it has been very limited to what can actually qualify. I have quite a few games I want to pre order however none are eligible. I agree some of the other missions require a high dollar amount for any kind of reward. I wonder if this is a
phase out of the program?

I think the change to Microsoft rewards has been a nice smooth change over with a ton of added features and chances at more reward points.

You have a chance at getting a fair amount of points daily and they now have an Xbox Rewards app that can help you score even more points.

A lot of selection in rewards/sweepstakes.

No MyVIP Star Rank, No MyVIP Gems,no, MyVIP Perks no MyStats, No MyVIP Badges, no Mychallanges.. no Features Monthly offers, no Monthly survey ,

It completely sucks ..
