Xbox Rewards Subscription Out of Sync!

I recently talked to an Xbox support member, and discussed how my account has been out of sync with my subscription. I just need someone to re sync my account, and upload all of the points, achievements, and progress I have made in the past. I'm over due
quite a bit of points that the website hasn't recorded. Please fix the issue as soon as possible. For proof of my conversation, here is a saved image below. I really hope this issue can be fixed.

MET the GAME PASS "GOALS", my SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES mid-month. If I don't renew, DO I GET THE REWARD?

If I meet all of the criteria for a reward from the Xbox Game Pass "goals", but my Game Pass subscription runs out half way through the month and i don't renew it- what happens? Will i still receive the reward? Or are you only eligible if you have a current
subscription at the time that the month ends (despite already having met the criteria for that month's reward, while you had an active subscription)?

Achievements out of sync

I am having an issue with MW3 scout leader achievement. I have found all intel but achievement hasnt unlocked im very annoyed :/ I go to each mission and all intel are found and it also says 100% on campaign at title screen. can anyone give me any ideas
please thanks in advance :/

Hello OTA Yoshi,

Since you were not a Rewards member, you were not eligible for any Rewards. From our FAQ:

I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

We see that you registered into the program yesterday. After this registration is fully processed (this should take 2-4 days), you will be a Rewards member, and your activity after this registration will be eligible for Rewards.

so you can sign in with the same account at https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ ?

if you can do that and your rewards aren't syncing,, I recommend clicking on the link to Contact Microsoft Rewards Support in the links at the bottom of the page, fill out the form with as much detail as possible (including screenshots if relevant) and you'll
get an email within a day or 2 and they'll check their end to sync up your account and they'll make sure you don't miss out on any reward points

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated this issue to another team to investigate. Currently, it appears that your subscription is a free 12-month prepaid subscription. Since promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, this subscription
time is not going towards the MyChallenge.

I do not have a 12 month pre paid subscription. I have been renewing my membership on a month to month basis. I have already earned the 3 month reward but the 6th month hasn't been rewarded yet. Xbox Rewards ends in a few days. I will be very upset if I
am screwed out of my 200 gems. This is unacceptable.

You can stack Gold subscriptions up to 36 months.

This should be in the rewards support, but I can tell you this... If you renewed and your previous subscription has not run out yet, the rewards points wont register as pending until the old subscription runs out and the new one begins.

Also, point payouts are not instant.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. We do not have any offers to redeem points for a Gold subscription. Additionally, we see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. Therefore, it sounds like you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards program,
which is a separate program. You will want to reach out to their support via the Microsoft Rewards webpage.
