    My account status is RED I've tried everything. It says there is something wrong with my billing but it looks fine to me I'm lost at what else to do be trying for months. it all happened when I had to change banks.

    Hi there, there is only a couple of days left of the robo rewards offer. I would really like it if I can have my step 1 part of the offer checked on your system as I bought something last night which should complete it but I can't see it for another 96 hours.
    Could someone check it for me so that I know iv completed it?

    Will I lose my Microsoft rewards points when Xbox live rewards takes over?

    The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.

    Forum monster ate my first answer so here we go again. If you have two gamertags on your console, such as red death478 and red death 479, you would need to promote both accounts to gold status for them both to access the LIVE service. Since, from what I
    can tell, red death478 is the account that holds gold status, it is the only account that can access LIVE.
