    Xbox rewards site says I am not Gold


    Hi,

    In the past week the Xbox Rewards website started saying that I only get 5% back because I am not a Live Gold subscriber. But my Gold subscription was never interrupted and it goes until next year, 04/2019.

    XBOX LIVE I AM NOT GOLD?

    I signed xbox live gold

    In the xbox site says I'm subscribed to gold on xbox console too.

    in xbox rewards already is am not gold

    is already driving me crazy because I signed for the gold and I do not have access to all content?

    I hope something is done, with some reward for not feel in disadvantage.

    XBOX Rewards

    When I first made my XBOX rewards account, I wasn't gold.

    But recently I've upgraded to Gold and the site still says that I'm not.

    Does it need time to update, or does being Gold from the Family Pack not count or something?

    The rewards site doesn't update immediately, if you just went gold or recently just joined xbox rewards, allow it some time to update.
