    Xbox Rewards site not correct


    The rewards site is treating me like a new member when I've been one since the beginning. I've lost all of my stars and reward points.

    contacting you guys per the rewards site as my address is correct but rewards site can't deposit credits.

    right why cant you listen ive activated card from the correct site and card wont work xbox billing not doing anything and neither are xbox rewards this is pethetic read my posts stop telling me same this when its not working

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for it to be fixed.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. To be clear,
    this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

    Owen is correct. That's how rewards deposits are listed on the billing site.

    Incorrect rewards deposited into account

    $1.15 would be a deposit of 1,015 credits. If that's how many it shows were deposited on the Rewards site, then the deposit was correct.

    I have not received. Any Xbox rewards points for any game purchases for like 3 years

    You would need to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site for assistance. They would be the only ones who could verify you're getting the correct points.
