Xbox rewards screwed me

Discus and support Xbox rewards screwed me in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; long time xbox live member, over 100k gamerscore, 500, maybe even 600+ games owned. I AM LEVEL 2?! WHAT?!     Xbox rewards screwed me


    long time xbox live member, over 100k gamerscore, 500, maybe even 600+ games owned. I AM LEVEL 2?! WHAT?! I lost 6% back on

    purchases from this garbage reward system update. How DARE someone wave a xbox one x reward for 10,000 "gems" and give somebody who has been a member for so long flippin ZERO to start with. Every challenge I see for this garbage system is to spend money
    on games I ALREADY OWN. I have been juggled by customer support who had NO IDEA what to do about my inquiry, both through the online chat and by phone. Somebody call me, I am FUMING here. Reference number 1403890279

    Is Xbox Rewards still a thing?

    I have not recieved any Xbox Live Rewards in many years (Xbox One was not even out yet) despite making purchases and a decently high Gamerscore among other factors. Is Xbox Live Rewards still a thing and I've just been screwed?

    10 Year Rewards Are Terrible...

    I don't feel 'screwed' over but the rewards could've been better and yes the whole world should've been involved in the Xbox giveaway.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. This was not a result of the new gem feature being created. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Additionally, since gems were only just created as a new program feature, it is not possible to reward gems for activity done before they were created. We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with the program. We'll take your sentiment and feedback and

    screw the armor codes, they never gave me credit on my GS rewards card for buying that console!!

    Is anyone having issues with rewards not registering achievements and points earned?

    I’ve earned 10 achievements I haven’t received points for. Rewards keeps screwing me out of a lot of earned points.
