    details are right but can not deposit my xbox rewards always notes that you need to update payment but it is all right!

    Not receiving xbox rewards

    I have about 13 dollars in xbox rewards. However, I try to deposit them and it keeps saying my account needs updating. I tried updating all my payment information and account information. I contact support and they can't really help me. I would like to use
    my rewards that I have. Any help would be appreciated.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    What points?

    If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

    You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.

    Hello EmanueleL89,

    We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
    or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    A Microsoft payment account is required to join the program. This is because we need a Microsoft payment account to deposit Rewards Credits into as currency. Since you have no payment accounts, we would not be able to perform a deposit for your account,
    so the website is preventing you from registering. This is outlined in our FAQ at:
