    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

    Rewards deposits are shown on the billing site as a refund to your account, not taken away from your account. If your transactions do not show you using the funds, or it does show some funds being removed, you will need to contact Xbox support and speak
    to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support The Rewards program does not have access to those funds once they have been deposited.

    Usually if you bring up the fact that they are from rewards, they'll automatically try to send you here. But once credits are deposited they are just currency in your account and billing would have to take care of that.

    We can confirm seeing the successful deposit of the amount you describe on January 11th of 50250 Credits. This should show up as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding and not taking funds from your account, as Smwutches' says. Since promotional
    credits take priority over other funds, if you have made any purchases using your Microsoft Account as the payment method, those funds may have been spent already. Unfortunately, we do not have any access to Credits once they have been deposited, so if you
    believe these Credits have gone missing, you will have to follow up with Xbox billing support.

    The refunds for Xbox Fitness started going out sometime around June. They will also be listed as a Rewards deposit which is why you may not notice it. Check the dates of your Rewards deposits on the Rewards site vs. the dates you had credits added to your
    account on the billing site. Any that take place on dates not listed on the Rewards site would be your Fitness refund.

    You are in one showing a message from Xbox that's on the Thursday, and then you show a rewards credit added to your account, but that's not the same as the Xbox gift, all rewards balance appears as refunds, that's normal
