Xbox rewards redeem issue

I redeemed 5,000 microsoft credits for 250 Myvip gems and the 5,000 credits won't show up even though it said I redeemed it. Is thier anyway I can have xbox specialist to give me the 5,000 credits and convert the credits into 5 dollar for my microsoft account?

Xbox Live Rewards not depositing

My xbox live rewards will not deposit and I can't see anything at all wrong with my account. When I add credits they work ok, when I redeem codes they work ok. but the rewards sy there is an account issue ??

Trove Freedom Rewards

While trying to get the Freedom Rewards thing to work for trove it said something about a button to redeem rewards but there is no button I was told by Jessie.C on Xbox live support to post about this issue so good luck to me

This is expect Credit behavior. You can read more about Vault Credits in our FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you only redeemed these Credits today, they have not been placed as pending. Please allow 96 hours for these Credits to appear. For future reference, it usually takes our program up to 96 hours to process recent changes.

hi there so providing you are using the same account for your rewards there should be no issue , you can redeem rewards either via the web page or app or direct on your console, as there is also a rewards app for xbox that rewards you for doing various challenges,playing games, purchasing content, there are additional rewards for gamepass subscribers aswel .

you redeem your points for a giftcard which usually gets added direct to your account .

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. There is no offer to redeem "points" for subscriptions. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, the Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try
contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

We do not let users redeem Credits for Gift Cards/Subscriptions. That is the Microsoft Rewards program. Furthermore, Australia is not a eligible Xbox Live Rewards Region. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
