    Xbox Rewards redeem gems error


    Hello,

    In context, I contacted xbox support 3 times now and got no help.

    So I had 450 gems on my account and i decided to redeem 250 to get 5$ for account balance almost two days ago, and guess what? I didnt recieve anything thankfully. Moreover, I bought xbox live gold twice now and never recieved my 400 gems.

    Hope anyone can help since "Xbox LIVE support can't help with anything"

    error in the gems program

    I wanted to redeem 250 Gems via Xbox Rewards.
    I should get 5000 bonus points for that.
    However, there was an error. The points were not credited and the Gems were gone.

    HMM...Something went wrong when redeeming my gems.

    I was trying to redeem my VIP Gems for Rewards Points and after entering my information, there was an error and it suggested I post it here. Have I lost my Gems/Rewards Points?

    Hello,

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    There are no offers that award Gems for purchasing Gold.

    From the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?

    You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:
