    Xbox Rewards Promotion


    I bought Halo 5 and Rare Replay digitally, and I'd like to take advantage of the rewards program. However, it seems that because I signed up to the rewards program afterwards, I didn't get any points. Is it possible to get the points added to my account
    since the promotion is still running?

    Halo 5 came with my Halo console, and I believe I redeemed/bought my games after the date that the promotion started.

    No. Xbox's rewards program is inconsistent, full of holes and and rarely promotes or delivers on digital purchases. I and many others have given up on it all together. Congratulations on your reward, though.

    Xbox Rewards Promotion

    The rewards program does not award credits for anything done before joining. also, redeeming codes for games does not qualify as a purchase, so Halo 5 would not count towards that offer.
