Xbox rewards promotion Swing through Wild Kingdom 500 points

Unable to complete fourth rquirement on Swing through Wild Kingdom promotion for 500 points. It is installation of app which is already on xbox does not give credit for completion of this requirement.

I had this problem as well, with 2 of the 4 not updating. I am not sure if MS has a planned fix, but something is most definitely not working right with it.

I received an email from microsoft stating that you had to sign into the xbox live through a xbox not on a computer in order to complete the task and move on to moon gate. I didn't see anywhere on the rewards page that stated you had to sign in and out
through an xbox. That is what they told me as to why I couldn't complete the task and move on to moon gate.

Have you had any luck with getting it credited after reporting the issue?

 

No not as yet still unable to complete 4th syays app is installed but box does not check off.

 

I have the same problem, can't complete it in the rewards app or a browser. Reported it to support and got a ticket number, but that was a week ago and we're running out of days to complete the set.

 

me too. been talking with support for over a week and it takes several days to hear back. would be nice if they responded before it was over on a way to fix this.

 

I too contacted support because I am not getting credit as well. Here are my personal thoughts on that process to date.

Contacting customer support in regards tothis issue is completely worthless beyond the fact that you have a record that you did so, which will only benefit you if they decide to go ahead and reward the people who requested tickets
with the completion prize after it ends, which in my opinion, they should, as my time is worth money and if you put a dollar amount on the time people like myself have spent trying to make this work, well its likely a lot more money than the promotion was
worth.

Between researching the issue, writing support tickets, and responding to comments about this, I have spent an average of 10-20 minutes a day this month trying to make this work. At just
10 minutes x 26 days = 260 minutes / 60 minutes an hour = 4.3 hours... Microsoft points are worth roughly $1.00 per 1,000 points...Do the math with your own hourly wage or salary verses the time you spent. Even if you flip burgers for a living
and receive all the rewards, this probably was not worth your time.

I can only assume that we represent a very small group of people that this has not worked out for as Microsoft has generally been pretty good about handling faults that are wide spread. And maybe they will, but they definitely wont if people are not talking
about it, so post if your having the same problem.

 

I tried once earlier in the month & it didn't work. I tried it again last night and it completed successfully through the app on the Xbox.

I have this same issue and have tried contacting them several times. its been over a week since I heard back from the person I contacted. they say there busy but if I start another case I get a response in a day. haven't had any help with this at all.
