Discus and support Xbox rewards points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; still haven't received any of the reward points from my purchases, you said be there in 96hours been 7 days now that's 168hours so can you please fix...     Score Streaks

    I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

    Hello hotaschilliman,

    The Credits are currently pending in your account, and have been pending in there for a few days now.

    If you are asking about why they have not been deposited, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th
    through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month.

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    The only legit ways of earning free points is through the Xbox Rewards Program or Bing Rewards program if they are available in your region. However, with Microsoft retiring the points system, the Xbox Rewards program will not longer be offering points as

    Xbox LIVE Rewards actually gives Reward Points, not Microsoft Points. They function the same save that they do expire.

    Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
    list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

    You need to be a xbox live rewards member to be able to get the reward points.

    If you are a reward member the msp will be added to your pending points in few days
