xbox rewards points wont redeem

i have been a member of the reward program since the day it started, dec. 1, 2010 at 12:00 am central time. I have credits dating back to February 2015 to the present that I have not received. ive called xbox customer service several times the past 4 months
and myself along with xbox reps Monica, Pam, and now Nathan (who I'm currently on the phone with) and we've gone through and fixed my account. I still have not received any of my credits

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

You can go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/ and select any of the items there. There are entries in various sweepstakes, gift cards (I'm seeing Starbucks, Gamestop, Xbox Live, Xbox currency cards).

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

The rewards points I am talking about are xbox gamer points which cannot be redeemed on my xbox for games, discounts, ect and every time I open the rewards app It tells me to adjust my region but because I live in Jamaica and the location doesn’t have the option for Jamaica I cannot access my gamer points or redeem them for rewards.
