XBOX Rewards Points Still Not Showing Up 4 Days After Purchase. Any Thoughts?

Why do people post just to say post in the Rewards section? We can still answer...or at least try. Especially being an ambassador. Now, my rebate points have been showing up on the last day of the month. For example: Aprils purchases showed up pending on
April 30th, and Mays purchases showed up pending on May 31st.

Hey! I had this same issue the other day when i started using microsoft rewards but my points showed up after about a day. Are your points still not there if not then get back to me as i would love to help you resolve your problems.

My 50,000 points for purchasing the Xbox One S on 12/21 haven't even showed up as pending!

Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped, but they have had some delays. You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

Did you make your purchases in the online Xbox/Microsoft store? The Rewards system only works with valid purchases in the online store. If you did, then it is possible it has not been 15 days since the purchases. Points show on your account as pending
15 days after the purchases.

Same problem, put in a support query last week after i spent £5 and it still showed zero. Still no reply but the £5 showed up after 3 days so i spent 26 more on the sale in hope that it would also update in time. The sale is now over and i did not get the 4000 advertised points or a reply.

Rewards are serial offenders on having broken punch cards, which often don't even activate and you get nothing other than an automated reply from support, unsurprisingly as they are conning thousands of people out of money and clearly are unable or unwilling to own up to their illegal behaviour.

I've been a member of quite a few points and rewards schemes and have never had any problems, let alone on the sheer scale of incompetence and deception of microsoft rewards. If you are having the same problem, and may think you would not have made the purchases without the inducement of points, get a refund from microsoft store, who seem to be familiar with the failings of rewards and have more regard to customer service.
