Xbox Rewards Points not depositing issue

Hello Support team, I recently received an Xbox Rewards email stating that there seems to be an issue with my account and to reach out to you guys. It has been a while since my account has had my points deposited. I believe that I currently have 26,850 points
as of today that is undeposited. I would be very appreciative if you could help me with this issue. Many thanks in advance!

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. What is occurring is that our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information, as that information is highly sensitive. At the moment, we have not received
a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards? Xbox LIVE Rewards Points equal to or greater than 100 will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account each month. It may take up to 30 days for the points
you earn to be deposited into your account. If your points total is less than 100, the points will be held as pending until 100 total points are reached and deposited into your account.

There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.
