Xbox Rewards points not being turned into Microsoft points

I see others are having this issue and it not being resolved, but still wanted to throw my hat into the ring. My rewards points are well above the 5,000 auto convert but are just sitting there unable to be used. Cannot even see the manual convert option
on the website.

Hoping this gets resolved soon, wanted to use them on a upcoming game purchase.

Here is a reference numbers from another support contact I had earlier.

account suspension on something i never used before?

im an xbox rewards user, I was going on for my monthly survey and to finally redeem my rewards points, and I found out from the xbox rewards site that it was being turned into something called Microsoft rewards, however when I clicked the
"let's go" link and signed into this rewards thing, it said my account was suspended. im not sure what went on with that? ive never heard of Microsoft rewards before

redeeming points

I have like 750 xbox live rewards points on one account and 3000+ on another account. Since xbox rewards is combing with Microsoft rewards, is there any way to have those points turned into my local currency before xbox rewards is over?

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Therefore, since you only hit the 5000 Credit amount required for an automatic deposit in the later half of last month, you will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month. Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit,
there is no need to request one manually, and so that button has been removed.

Hello ohno itstheCoPz,

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

Once you redeem a gift card from Microsoft Rewards, you cannot turn it back into Rewards points.
