Discus and support xbox rewards points not added to my account. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I pre-ordered a game and I was not credited the 15000 points for pre-ordering a game.     not getting my xbox live rewards add to my account

    hello my xbox live rewards are not being added to my account. i signed up for xbox live rewards in February 2015 my lifetime rewards equal 500 points and this was filling questionnaires, I've received no points for purchases also my jem rewards seem not
    be added as they should. I would appreciate some help with this problem. thank you

    Xbox Live Rewards Offer

    I recently got an email from Xbox Live Rewards telling me that I could get 2000 rewards points by signing up for a Bing Rewards account. I completed the offer, but do not see the points pending in my account. When should I expect to see them added? Also,
    what should I do if they are not added for a substantial period of time?

    xbox rewards points not added to my account.

    Keep in mind that credits for that offer should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered a physical disc from Microsoftstore.com. Digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

    Since your pre-order was not a physical purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com, it was not eligible for that offer.

    It is added directly to your microsoft/xbox account that redeemed the rewards points.
