    Xbox Rewards Points not Accumulating


    I have noticed on the Xbox Rewards site, that my points have not been accumulating. It says I have 3,000 points, when I should have over 30,000 I know within a week of Christmas alone, I spent over $300 with an 8% rebate on every item. That $30 is not including
    all the money I spent before Christmas during that month aswell. I have a feeling I should have a lot of rewards money going into my account well over $30 for that month alone.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Keep in mind that VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So there are still a few days before they should show as pending. If you still need support to check into it, you would need to post in the Xbox
    Rewards Questions forum.

    Points from the Xbox Live Reward Program will only be added every time you accumulate 100 or more points. If you don't amass enough points they'll be pending to your Xbox Live Reward account until you gain enough points (which are then added on the 1st or
    15th of the month you accumulated the required amount of points).

    it only deposits when you have accumulated 5000 rewards points

    Are you talking about Microsoft rewards points? If so then they keep accumulating.

    If you don't mean Microsoft rewards points, please give more information
