    XBOX REWARDS POINTS, MICROSOFT REWARDS POINTS


    I contacted Microsoft support, and after i was transferred 3 times, the last rep told me to post here. I purchased a XBOX ONE S Gears Of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle (2Tb) form the Microsoft store on 11/26/2016. they told me i would get 50,000 XBOX points,
    and 60 Microsoft rewards points for every $1.00 i spent in the Microsoft store on Black Friday. I spent a total of $414.96 which should have awarded me 24,898 points to my account. I have not received the Microsoft rewards points or the XBOX rewards points.
    What do i have to do to get the points i was promised? How do i redeem them? I spent 97.5 minutes on the phone today to be told to post on this site.

    I sure hope someone here can help me.

    96 hours later and still no credits

    I converted my Xbox reward points to Microsoft reward points 96 hours ago yet nothing has shown up yet on my Microsoft rewards.

    XBOX REWARDS POINTS, MICROSOFT REWARDS POINTS

    The 50,000 rewards credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

    For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support. Their contact is listed on their redemption page.

    Hello VERNEL G,

    Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Rewards are two different programs. Our program (Xbox Live Rewards) is responsible for the Console Upgrade offer for 50,000 Rewards Credits. As Smwutches says, those Credits will be shown as pending 15 days past your shipping
    date, as described in our FAQ. Once placed as pending, they will remain as Credits until one of bi-monthly deposit dates, when they will be deposited as usable currency in your Microsoft Account. Unfortunately, we do not overlap with the Microsoft Rewards
    program, so I cannot offer a fully informed response with your Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to reach out to their support team for assistance on that problem.

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    Xbox LIVE Rewards actually gives Reward Points, not Microsoft Points. They function the same save that they do expire.

    Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

    For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

    If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

    They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
