xbox rewards points given but not showing on balance

my balance states zero, but i only claimed it one time and shortly after i first joining the rewards.

so o got over 8.000+ points missing from my balance. tried to chat with a representative but instead of having problem fixed i was told to come to this forum.

Xbox One Upgrade Rewards show up in account but balance didn't change

I purchase a Xbox One S back in December, and received the 50,000 rewards points, which, along with 2000 other points, were converted to a $52 credit to my Microsoft account. There is a line item on on my Microsoft account billing/order history showing
Refunded ($52.00) from Xbox Live Rewards Deposit. However, this line item did not change my account balance. I would have expected my balance to increase by $52.00. I talked with Xbox support and they agreed, and directed me here.

ghost recon deluxe 12000 points

I recently purchased the deluxe ghost recon wildlands from my xboxone dashboard but when I signed into my xboxlive rewards page the offer to receive the points is still active and I'm not showing 12000 points just the previous balance

Hello Taker Prime,

We schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was above this amount, you had a deposit automatically scheduled, as you can see from the first event you list:

12/04/17 - Rewards Deposited - 6,000 Credits

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

You are in one showing a message from Xbox that's on the Thursday, and then you show a rewards credit added to your account, but that's not the same as the Xbox gift, all rewards balance appears as refunds, that's normal

I logged into the Xbox LIVE Rewards website and my points balance seems wrong. What should I do?

A. First, remember that these are Rewards Points that have been earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards. This total does not include any Microsoft Points that have been purchased under your Xbox LIVE account. Don't worry, you can spend Reward Points just like the
rest of your Microsoft Points.

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account twice per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your Total
Rewards Points Awarded. Rewards Points do show in your
Microsoft Billing Points activity area along with points you've purchased or redeemed. You can look for your deposits there as well.
