Discus and support Xbox rewards Pending in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I redeemed my rewards points for $5 cards as I had over 61.000 points and it's 3.600 points per $5, I redeemed all of it, I only received 3 emails so...     Xbox rewards Pending


    I redeemed my rewards points for $5 cards as I had over 61.000 points and it's 3.600 points per $5, I redeemed all of it, I only received 3 emails so I contacted Xbox support they said I have 14 still pending and they don't know why?

    From the rewards FAQ:

    + How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards, and what are Pending Points?

    A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending Points until a quantity of
    100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your
    MyRewards     page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points
    Awarded summary.

    Was the 300msp triple-play issued to anyone already?

    It should be in your account by the 15th of this month.

    A. It may take up to 45 days for pending points to be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account. Points will be deposited by the 15th of each month. Visit the Xbox LIVE Rewards website often to see which points are still pending and how many Rewards
    Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.

    Xbox rewards Pending

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, You'll need to contact their customer suppprt via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards Program.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    200 points for renewing Gold membership

    You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards

    Are the Xbox Rewards Credits item in the MyVIP Vault Microsoft Rewards Credits?

    They are Xbox Rewards credits, so they would show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Xbox Rewards site.

    The points will be added into your account every 15th or 30th of each month when it reach 100 pending point
