Xbox rewards payback

I haven’t seen the reward payback points... I’ve bought stuff since August and I haven’t seen the 8% back or points for the money deposit... and if one deposit comes into question for OCTOBER... it was from a Xbox live 55’ tv giveaway, where playing and
downloading Xbox pass games paid out a small fee.

MyVip Reward Credits II

Then call the rewards "Payback Credits Februari" so people understand, Rewards Team. Cause yes there is something dated with 28th Feb, but it's describtion looks more like a bonus for being VIP then being the Payback Credits.

pre-ordered more games than it shows... 3 total cod ww2 nfs payback and southpark fractured but whole ...only shows southpark and therefore not eligible for my 15,000 reward through xbox live rewards .. can this be fixed?

We see multiple Credit and deposit events since August at that percent.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We had no TV giveaway offer. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. If you are asking about a general Xbox promotion, like a "Xbox Quest", you should try reaching out on the general Sales
and Promotions forum for more specific assistance.

Payback is awarded as a monthly whole midway through the following month. We see that your payback is already pending, and the amount is accurate. Keep in mind that game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback. Otherwise, we see
that your four purchases made last month were accurately Rewarded.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with
your MyVIP Star Rank.

So for example your purchase of Star Wars last month went towards the Microsoft Movies and TV offer and not payback. Also, pre-orders, consumables, and subscriptions, like your pre-order of A Way Out and Sea of Thieves, are not eligible for MyVIP and do
not award payback.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

If you are asking about payback for eligible purchases made this month, payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month, so it is too early to see payback for December purchases.
