    I spoke to xbox support through live chat on three seperate occasions, once was Tuesday just gone who told me to email rewards support services, after getting an email back and told they don't deal with the issue, I went back to live chat, the person then
    told me they could narrow my window down to 90 hours, so I said that's perfect, however, 90 hours have now passed and still no rewards, after speaking to live chat again they referred me here.

    My issue is that I have 13,000 reward credits pending, a sale for Square Enix on at the moment and I wanted to get my credits earlier than the 15th as mentioned above the credit tracking bar. I have been told I could get them 90 hours from a previous date
    and that time has now passed, so is there any chance of this happening before said sale/deals vanish and my dreams vanish in the wind?

    Hello Wise Owl 2000,

    We have received confirmation that our Game Pass tokens are expected to expire at the end of December 2018. If you have any expiration issue with your Vault token, let us know. Our web team has also informed us that Vault Credit
    lockouts (only two redemption's of Vault Credit prizes a month) are not based specifically on a monthly period, but on a 30 day period. Since you attempted to claim additional Vault Credit prizes within that 30 day period, the website did not allow you to
    redeem the prizes, even though it was a different month. We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before
    the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.

    Thank you for the reply to my Post.

    1. Thank you for the update, that this issue was caused by resettng your website for the being of the month.

    2. Unfortunately, the information you've given is inorrect, the 10,000 Credits were not listed as pending on the 2nd June. They actually appeared as pending between the 5th-6th June, more than the 96 hours listed on your website, which is why I posted my
    issue.

    3. My current Game Pass is due to expire on the 27th June. I will try to redeem the code & repost if there are still issues with redempion.

    4. Please could tell me which time zone the website is updated for, as i don't believe this was the issue. I clearly redeemed the Credits on the 31st May & the website was updated later, as the 3 Month Game Pass was not available until I returned to the
    site on the 1st June.

    5. Can you confirm that if members, still have unused Gems to redeem; that there will be no further restock of the vault within the remaining 2/3 days?

    Unfortunately it's not possible to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

    Unfortunately, we cannot deposit outside the established scheduled deposit dates. From the FAQ on vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
