Discus and support Xbox Rewards - Pandemic Rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have recently bought the Avatar items just to finish everything off for the rewards but it still hasn't updated and I dont want to lose out on 6k...     Xbox Rewards - Pandemic Rewards


    I have recently bought the Avatar items just to finish everything off for the rewards but it still hasn't updated and I dont want to lose out on 6k Reward credits so how can I fix this? I have proof I have bought the Avatar items within this reward time
    so will I just be given the 6k in a few days or will it not work as the Pandemic Rewards change tomorrow?

    They take a long time to give me rewards credits

    It's been over 96 hours and I still have not received my reward rewards pandemic credits, what happens?

    Rewards credits, how do I claim?

    Hi,

    I recently completed the pandemic rewards, about two weeks ago, had credits pending (just over 17,000) before the 15th of the month. Nothing was converted and have no button on your rewards page to claim them, yet still show a balance of well over the 5000
    credit threshold... How may I convert these please, as I specifically bought items during the pandemic mission to build this reward..

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a server maintenance that delayed our processing by an additional 48 hours. We see that your avatar purchases have now been processed. You should see the remaining Pandemic offers complete within the next few days.

    If you log-in to your Rewards account you'll find a link to contact the Rewards support at the bottom of the site.

    This is the only way to contact them !

    .... and it takes a while to get an answer because of the pandemic ...
