Xbox Rewards - Out of Stock

I have been an Xbox Rewards member since the very beginning (2010) and have truly enjoyed the program. (861,254 credits earned) Now that it is coming to the close, I am finding myself unable to cash in the 3,536 MyVIP Gems on anything other than
low-level 'free-to-play' trinkets. I really wanted a new controller - but understand hardware giveaways are not always feasible. But running out of your own digital currency doesn't make any sense. I would at least like to convert
them to MS points (3500 Gems would be 70,000 MS points) - being that the 500 gem10K MS point pack is out of stock, I now have to watch my MyVIP Gems convert to 3,536 MS points. Which I could redeem for a $3 Xbox gift card.

Somehow I do not feel valued. A simple glance at my account will show that I spent thousands of dollars every year and am extremely supportive of the console in the community. I just wish there was a better way to close out this
program rather than giving me a bunch of power ups for SMITE and Overwatch wallpapers.

Please push for new rewards to be added, or at least open the restriction on redeeming them for MS points.

Rewards out of stock

I'm trying to purchase a 5,000 credits reward at the 250-gem level, but it's showing as out of stock. I don't understand why this is the case for a digital product. I've tried signing out and back in again, and signing in on a different device. Still out
of stock. I chatted with a couple of support agents and was unable to resolve the problem; they recommended I post in this forum.

We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.

Xbox rewards required too much to get things and it was always out of stock.

We’ll be updating the vault with new items and restocking popular ones on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often! There is currently to see an offer after it is over. After reviewing your account, we see nothing that would have completed any offers.
You made a Free to Play purchase of ten and five dollars in February and March, for example, but those single purchases would not have completed any offer.
