    i am not getting rewards.points for purchasing assasins creed origins and for anything i buy im starting to wonder if i buy call of duty world war 2 i wont get any rewards points for it....its really frustrating not getting points for what u buy

    Hi,

    the xbox live rewards are not working. the only thing that works is the survey. And I bought so many games in the store and it stil doesnt work. does anybody have this problem?

    i thought u were supposed to get a point for every dollar u spend on the microsoft or xbox store and i never seem to get any points for anything i buy it just says no purchase history

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.

    I Redeemed points for a 1-Month Code for the Xbox Game Pass and did not get the code.

    The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    Maybe bday rewards through MS Rewards would work best. Not just for Xbox gamers that way, for all MS fans.
