    Xbox rewards not turning to credits


    Hello i been waiting since December 8th for my credits to turn into cash, last month on November 8th they turned into cash. I was looking to using them to get some games on sale before the sales are gone. Is there any way to push this forward?

    Hello Odenandsamantha,

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Since you are not a member, you do not have any Rewards Credits.

    For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

    Microsoft rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? The 2 programs are separate.

    if you mean Xbox rewards credits, it depends on how many you have. Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So it can depend on how long it takes you to earn the credits.

    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

    What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

    What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

    A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
