Xbox rewards not transferred

Discus and support Xbox rewards not transferred in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I had 10,000+ reward points and expected them to transfer to to my Microsoft reward account and this has not happened, can you help?...     Hi,

    I had 10,000+ reward points and expected them to transfer to to my Microsoft reward account and this has not happened, can you help?

    Xbox Rewards Credits not transferred

    I tried to request an early transfer of credits previously and got told theyd only be able to be transferred on the 29th and its now the third of the next month and still no credits have been transferred

    The Xbox Rewards program does offer a reward......... and again YES OP, Your account will transfer to the new console.

    Rewards membership is limited to certain regions

    Are you sure you are in a xbox Rewards region?

    If you originally signed up in uk but then transfered to za afterword then there is nothing you can do

    Currency doesn't transfer between regjons

    Are the Xbox Rewards Credits item in the MyVIP Vault Microsoft Rewards Credits?

    They are Xbox Rewards credits, so they would show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Xbox Rewards site.
    Thanks! Just read up on the transfer and whatnot. I guess I just didn't understand the switch from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards. All good now!

    what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.

    If this is for the Microsoft Rewards program, you may want to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts for the Xbox Rewards program.
