Discus and support Xbox rewards not tracking in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I curretly completed a xbox rewards task for 5,000 reward points the the task was to get achievements in various games i completed it but got no reward...     I curretly completed a xbox rewards task for 5,000 reward points the the task was to get achievements in various games i completed it but got no reward points for doing so

    Microsoft rewards for logging into xbox live for 10 days

    The question is not related to microsoft reward, rather xbox live.

    1. What qualifies as login to xbox live? - logging into xbox.com or opening xbox with xbox live profile logged in or something else?

    2. Is there a way to track my xbox live login history just so that we can track if we qualify for microsoft reward?

    Unfortunately, only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

    You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
    Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

    Hello humm1ngb1rd,

    We have reviewed your purchases and confirmed that your ending MyVIP progress for the previous year is correct. A required spending of $300 over the course of September 2015 - December 2016 is required for the first MyVIP star. Only two of your purchases,
    your pre-order's in August and December, were not counted toward MyVIP. Pre-orders, game consumables and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. It sounds like your son may be spending more than you are. We do not see any TV or Movie spending for your account,
    and Xbox Live Gold renewals do not award credits as of July 2014.

    Support will check into it for you, but keep in mind that VIP status is only based on your eligible purchases you make each year (you can see how much you need to spend for each level at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions). Subscriptions, in-game
    consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.
