Xbox rewards not rewarded

I have been a member of Xbox live for over ten years and a rewards member for over 6 ..I have made numerous digital purchases online in the past years so I wanted to know why my account only reflect purchases made within this past year and further why even
though it show purchases I have made this year I'm only getting rewarded for the month of January and the month of march when I made purchases each month and furthermore since Xbox rewards is getting changed to Microsoft rewards whether there will be a compensation
exchange for anything unused on a Xbox rewards account credited to the Microsoft rewards account

the myrewards page says that i should get points for Xbox Live Gold Renewals. i renew every three months for over 4 yrs. i only have 950 points. how do i find out how much im was suppose to get and why i haven't gotten it?

I can confirm Smwutches' response. This offer has been discontinued. Your MyRewards Breakdown is a record of all your lifetime Credits, which is why it has a section for Xbox Live Gold Renewals. As it says on that tracker:

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member up until March, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You had no Rewards in January. You may be mis-reading your Credits from doing your first
purchase using your Microsoft account in February. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Regarding your second question, from the transition FAQ:

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?



If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on 31 May 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.


If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making
the transition to Microsoft Rewards.
