    Xbox Rewards Not Recieved.


    i redeemed two five dollar gift cards (250) gems a piece (which all together is ten dollars) and requested my points into cash which i think was around 3,000 points and never received anything???? I did this about a week/ 2 weeks ago.

    Have not received Januarys xbox quest reward its now March

    have not recieved my xbox quest reward for january yet please fix this

    Hello,

    I've recieved an answer by the microft rewards support and they told me that I'm not part of a study about rewards on xbox. This doesn't make any sense because they should be available for everyone.

    You should also be getting Microsoft reward points for playing xbox gamepass games, are you recieving any of them or nothing atal?
