Xbox Rewards not posting!

Hello I bought an Xbox One S in December and I still have not received the reward for this purchase (50000 points) on my reward account yet.

No problem! We are currently monitoring user response to the new forum setup. Sorry about the confusion. Again, we apologize for not being able to provide an immediate fix for this problem. As it is a database issue, our support tools are not suited for
that task, which is why this issue has been escalated to another team. In the meanwhile, you may receive additional deposit messages, as we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account. Some users have been known to get a deposit in this manner.

Hello DeadlyViper,

The Credits for that event were placed as pending in your account on December 19th. However, after reviewing your account, we can see that there is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit
process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database
containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it may still be too early to see credits pending for March purchases. You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support
to check into it though.
