xbox rewards not counting my preorder

I recently preordered the game Prey but it didn't count on my xbox rewards and I received no credits if someone could help me out with this I would be greatful.

My rewards

They are not counting my points on Xbox Live Rewards, meaning I am not getting My Rewards in 96 hours, either in My Non-MyVip Missions or in Reward History: A if history repeats itself. I would like a solution.

I checked my rewards and was given the 35k. I had already bought Gears, Tomb Raider, Halo, Forza and Cod: Black ops 3 prior to this offer, but it appears I got it anyway.
What I don't understand, technically, I should have gotten the 15k reward for preorders but it only shows 2 games and not the five. Do account balances not count? I appears only my debit transactions counted towards the original offer. I just hate this new reward system they have going on, everything changed without any notice.

 

Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website, subsequently it must be the digital version purchased through xbox.com or the xbox one store. Subsequently, there is no promotion to earn rewards for pre-ordering that game alone. The
current promotion calls for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles to earn 15,000 reward credits. So you would need to purchase the remaining 2 eligible titles in order to receive the rewards.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

As Murphs says, pre-orders can go to the Games on Demand offer, but that offer requires three eligible purchases to complete.
