    Xbox Rewards not computing my points


    So, last november I moved from Brazil to Canada and changed region on my console. But my Rewards account wasn't computing my Gs anymore. Reading the FAQ, I followed the recommended action of unregistering and re-registering with the program. It has been
    about 3 or 4 weeks since I've done that and my Rewards account is still zeroed. Do I need to do something else to get this working again?

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    Xbox rewards change

    i would like to get my xbox rewards deposited i do not want my points converted to micosoft rewards and i am not intrested in opting out either and cant manually deposit existing points which im not very happy about these changes i like xbox rewards
    over microsft rewards program first bing rewards then microsoft rewards now this i am really losing my loyalty and patience with micosoft

    Hello pogao548,

    We see that this account has been a member since December 27, 2015. However, we see that your opt-out and opt-in was made with you still being in the Brazilian region, so you created another Brazilian account. Currently, you still have a Brazilian account.
    Note that Canada is no longer a Rewards member, so any activity in the last months would not have been eligible for Rewards, if you had been a Canadian member.
