Xbox rewards not accumulating

My rewards program seems to not add points to itself ever even though I play Xbox nearly 18 hours a day, definitely get achievements and spend close to if not more than 100$ a month on microtransactions in a plethora of different games. I own 113 digital titles,
including most from the reward program titles and still don't get rewarded for it.

Can I get like a Microsoft audit report? You guys see why and report back?

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

We see multiple Credit and Deposit events on your account. You can review and audit this information yourself via the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, which can be viewed as a lifetime record of your activity. You can then confirm these deposits as currency
into your Microsoft Account from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account) where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, you can use your MyStatement to confirm your deposit
of 7400 Credits as 7.84 CAD on your commerce page. You can then see that you spent these funds on Elite Dangerous consumables on April 13th and partial payment on April 21st.

You may also want to keep in mind that Credits are not based off playtime or achievements, unless as part of a specific offer. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016.

Also, please note that there is currently a delay on MyVIP payback for April due to an issue currently affecting some of our members. We hope to have this issue resolved soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
