    Xbox Rewards No Longer Shows Account As Gold


    My Xbox live rewards account keeps telling me to "go gold to earn 6% back on purchases instead of 3%" even though I am already a gold member and will be until December 2017.

    Any idea what is going on?

    Minus gold bars?

    My gold bar account now shows as a minus account (currently -81740) as such I can no longer download puzzle collections. is this a glitch that can be rectified?

    My Xbox Live Rewards showing no Gold

    I signed back into my Xbox Live Rewards today been a member for about a year. I have had Xbox Live gold for awhile and it still shows I don't have gold on my Rewards account.

    Since it takes our system 96 hours to process new information, your recent end of subscription and subsequent renewal caused you to see a brief period where we did not detect a subscription on your account. I can confirm that we have since received your
    renewal information, and you are again being listed as Gold. Apologies for the confusion.

    You're showing as a gold member on the forums. The gold member under your gamerscore and the G next to the gamerscore does not show as gold when you are gold. Since it says gold member, then that means you are a gold member.

    The Rewards servers take longer to update than Xbox servers. So it can take several days to show an update in membership.

    Yes. Rewards servers take longer to update than Xbox servers. So it can take longer to show an update in membership.

    However, if you did purchase the deal from Xbox, it may be considered a promotional subscription and would not be recognized by the program. So you may not show as being a gold member.

    Gold not Gold?

    It can actually take longer than 24-48 hours for the Rewards site to recognize a new gold subscription. The rewards servers take longer to update than the Xbox servers. So it can take about 96 hours if not a little longer to show an update in membership.

    If you still have issues after a few more days, post in the Rewards forums so support can check into it.

    Live rewards take longer to come up, maybe up to a week.

    If you are gold, as you show here on the forums, you should have access to the deals and Multiplayer access.
