    Xbox Rewards - No 5000 credit reward! :(


    I am using Xbox Live rewards and I have spent way over the amount on the enlisted horror games to receive the 5000 credits on Xbox Rewards but I haven't received them. I am a bit worried as I mainly bought these games for the 5000 credit reward and the extra
    1000 credits for unlocking 5 achievements with the games

    No credits

    I have earned 5000+ credits and have no rewards pending or deposited. In fact, I may have never received rewards for credits on my account lifetime

    Missing credits

    I redeemed gems I had earned on Xbox Live Rewards for 10000 rewards credits, 5000 rewards credits, a Forza outfit and a Gwent background. I recieved the outfit and background but never recieved the credits.

    Purchases take up to 96 hours to process. Since your purchases were made recently, they have not yet been processed. Once they have been processed, they should be Rewarded correctly.

    1,000 Rewards Credits are equal to $1 USD.

    So 5000 Credits.
