    Xbox rewards need help to redeem?


    I just recently this morning use the Microsoft Rewards program to use the flip to win I won an Xbox One X and screenshotted it but I still haven't received an email on how to redeem it or anything along those lines can someone help me out to redeem my Xbox
    One X so that way it doesn't go void cuz apparently the Xbox Live Representatives couldn't help me out and sent me here

    Will I lose my Microsoft rewards points when Xbox live rewards takes over?

    The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.

    Rewards Points to change Gamertag?

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Rewards points can only be used to redeem gift cards through the Rewards program, not to be used to make purchases on Live. You would
    need to save up enough to redeem an Xbox gift card and then use the money from that gift card.

    Microsoft Xbox codes need to be redeemed on your profile through Xbox, Xbox app, or Xbox.com. Any Epic game codes will need to be redeemed on their site. As long as your Xbox profile is synced, the rewards will transfer over to the game.
