Xbox Rewards MyCredits not deposited yet

Hi Support,

Last month support told me to make some temporary changes so the deposit will go thru but nothing yet. Also, the button for MyCredits deposit does not appear anymore. Since the program is transitioning by June 15 to Microsoft Rewards, can someone help me
out to resolve this.

My Xbox Rewards MyCredits Haven't Been Deposited, I've waited 12 days still nothing.

Hello, I had over 15,000 MyCredits and I was told that on the 30th my MyCredits would be deposited into my Microsoft Account, They have not been deposited into my Microsoft or Xbox account yet and I've waited 12 days.

Help! Xbox Rewards MyCredits not depositing into account

I have 18,250 Xbox Rewards MyCredits that have not been deposited for months now. I'd like to have these credits deposited before the program switches to Microsoft Rewards next month. My billing information is up to date. Any help is appreciated.

Hello kidmjr,

We only deposit twice a month, around the middle and end of the month. Since we have not yet had another deposit date, we have not attempted any deposit into your account. Since your previous deposits failed, our system will continue to attempt a deposit
until the process is completed, so there is no need to request a deposit. If you have successfully changed from the Saudi Arabia Microsoft Account region to the US region, your deposit should be able to complete.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are scheduled for deposit at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So they should be deposited sometime in the next few days.
