Im getting credit for the wrong promo

. I should be getting 3 dollars for the 30 dollars on new movies but im getting the 3 dollars on 25 dollars spent. please change

i have not received reward credits since 2014 with the exception of survey rewards. I have purchased movies,games,shows,xbox live,ea access,xbox gamer pass,ect....why am i not receiving credits

I got thor ragnarok, batman ninja and spiderman homecoming to fufill 30$ promo. Planning to buy black panther and something else to fufill the 25$ promo. But the first 3 movies are being tied to the 25$ promo

Furthermore, we see that this completed both the offers you mention, and those Credits have been pending since the 14th and 16th.

Those are not eligible purchases for that offer. If you click on the offer on the MyMissions page, it will take you to that offer's page (https://rewards.xbox.com/gotta-get-em-all/) which will show
you which movie purchases are eligible for that offer.

What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
Then, you can head over to the Xbox stores to purchase your favorite games, Movies, Avatar props and much more!

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

A. 5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to $5 USD.

Thank you for the explanation, I thought I will receive credit reward for every games I bought.. (That is my bad)
