Xbox Rewards Monthly Statement From Wrong Account

The monthly rewards statement I receive is about my old account which has the gamertag Lord Lascivious despite it not being linked to my current email address any more. Also, I would like my reward points from my old account transferred onto my current account
which has the gamertag

Rewards addressed to wrong gamertag

I signed up for Xbox Rewards some time ago, but would never recieve any credits no matter what I would do. Well, I finally noticed in a monthly statement email that it is addressed to the wrong gamertag. Also, when I click to sign in to check the statement,
it acts like I'm signing up for Rewards for the very first time...

Hello SRJT16,

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
your billing email from that screen. Since Lord Lascivious was the first account to have this email address, it is the one receiving emails. We cannot transfer Credits between gamertags.

I recieve emails from xbox that tells me my monthly statements basically regarding achievements. On my email statement it tells me when i signed up for Xbox Live. But in your account it will let you know. It will say "Member since"

yes i check both my email addresses related to my xbox account daily in my inbox,spam,and trash daily and i only have confirmations of redemption of 12 month card and monthly account statements of my xbox live rewards but no sign of any email about the 600
points. i hope this helps

Hello capn666,

Rewards Credits are not sent via email. The only thing you would have missed is your Rewards statements, which is just a monthly snapshot of what is shown on your MyRewards page.
