    (Xbox rewards / Microsoft rewards) Not working


    i have been noticing a problem with both my xbox rewards and microsoft rewards when making purchases from xbox store and Microsoft store not been getting rewarded on either of them it states on FAQ for xbox rewards that all purchases will benefit towards
    VIP rank (my rank has stayed the same for years)

    i have made countless purchases from both stores and not seen benefits from either im following the terms and conditions even read all the FAQ to make sure no hidden small print.

    i check my rewards every day noticed my purchase history on microsoft rewards is blank... no purchases made but then when i check my account it states all my purchases and pre orders. its been annoying me for months now i have contacted xbox support countless
    times they have problems resolving this issue and now im posting here hoping that this issue can be fixed.

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    For help with the Xbox Rewards Program, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    I Redeemed points for a 1-Month Code for the Xbox Game Pass and did not get the code.

    The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
    team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.
