Discus and support Xbox rewards Microsoft points not received in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I got 9 of ur 10$ cards with my rewards points and only received 3 and Xbox support only says they have record of three but yet all my points are taken...     Xbox rewards Microsoft points not received


    I got 9 of ur 10$ cards with my rewards points and only received 3 and Xbox support only says they have record of three but yet all my points are taken I want the other 6 cards

    Problem with my Xbox live Rewards

    Hello,

    I've received a mail from Xbox live rewards about a problem to transfert my credits.

    I have not the button under "rewards sold" to transfert my "rewards points" to "microsoft credits".

    Xbox rewards Microsoft points not received

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    using those points.

    Which Microsoft Rewards are you referring to? I live in Brazil and I am able to exchange the points received for the XBOX rewards I earn on Quests made in games, but I never received a physical reward.
