Xbox Rewards merging with suspended Microsoft Rewards (Bing Rewards)

Xbox Rewards will merge with Microsoft Rewards, the problem is that i was banned from Bing Rewards (old Microsoft Rewards) long time ago because i was using Bing with my region set to US (bacause of that i was earning reward points automatically), so i got
banned because the service (Bing Rewards) wasn't available in my region Brazil, and they thought i was cheating the system... i didn't care because i never wanted to use MS Rewards, and never thought i would use it, so i let it go... but now with MS Rewards
coming to my region and both services merging into one, it will be a problem for me... My Xbox Rewards is fine, i am 4 star VIP and i use it a lot, because i buy a lot of Xbox games and i earn credits doing that... i can't change my MS account because it has
my old and main email, my cloud drive with lot of stuff (onedrive), hundreds of games, apps and software licenses already purchased. Can you guys help me with this issue?

What will happen?

So I got the email saying that Xbox Live Rewards is merging with Microsoft Rewards. I'm OK with this, except that my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended back when it was still Bing Rewards. If my Xbox Live Rewards account is still in good standing, what
will happen when the merge happens? Will I just be out of luck, or can I get my Microsoft Rewards account reactivated? I sent several emails regarding the suspension of my Bing Rewards account, but didn't get any response beyond an initial investigation. Is
there anything that can be done to help me?

 

Can you use Xbox Live Rewards even thought your Bing Rewards is suspended?

I know Xbox Live Rewards and Bing Rewards are merging but what if your Bing Rewards is suspended is there anyway you can still use Xbox Live Rewards after the merger or not? What happens to the points you get from redeeming your xbox live, completing surveys
and purchasing games movies and downloadable content?
