    Xbox Rewards is not showing my progress of anything? Still at 0 credits for some odd reason?


    I signed up for Xbox Rewards around July and non of my progress has been showing up and it shows that I still have 0 credits. I want to know if I made a mistake or if something is wrong with my Xbox Rewards.

    My xbox live rewards progress is not showing up Xbox Rewards is not showing my progress of anything? Still at 0 credits for some odd reason? :(.

    I managed to complete some surveys of the past months, still I get no credits also I started and finished a game with all achievements and still theres no rewards for my progress..

    When I will receive the rewards credits from the past months surveys and from the game that I completed with all achievements???

    My xbox live rewards progress is not showing up Xbox Rewards is not showing my progress of anything? Still at 0 credits for some odd reason? :(.

    I managed to complete some surveys of the past months, still I get no credits also I started and finished a game with all achievements and still theres no rewards for my progress..

    My account is no longer from Australia, I changed the region to Ireland so with my new rewards account.

    Basically soon after changing my account region to Ireland, I joined again to Xbox Rewards.

    When I will receive the rewards credits from the past months surveys and from the game that I completed with all achievements???

    Hello Ns Projectile,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Rewards Deposit did not show up in my MS account

    Double check your transactions after that date to see if the credits were already used. Rewards deposits are listed as a refund so it is showing your credits were deposited. Once your credits are deposited, the Rewards program is no longer able to do anything
    with the credits. If you're still not seeing anything that could have used the currency, or still having issues using the currency, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing again.
