Discus and support xbox rewards is not accepting my gold account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hello, ive had xbox live gold for a while now but when i attempt to sign up for the rewards program it denies me saying I dont have gold....     xbox rewards is not accepting my gold account


    Hello, ive had xbox live gold for a while now but when i attempt to sign up for the rewards program it denies me saying I dont have gold.

    Xbox live card won’t accept

    I have just bought a 3 month Xbox live gold card and it is not accepting onto my account.

    Issue with gold/xbox rewards

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    One of the eligibility requirements for your region is you must be at least thirteen years of age. Since you are beneath this, you cannot currently register into the Rewards program.

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:
